  • You have a personal contact at UNISONO Hospitality for all matters, whether operational or strategic in nature
  • We work directly in your systems via cloud or VPN access
  • All communication with guests takes place in the name of your hotel
  • On request, our employees can also visit you on site to get to know the hotel and the location
  • All data is processed and stored exclusively in your systems



We charge a small set-up fee for the training of the employees, which depends on the respective effort. In any case, we only charge the cost price.


You decide whether you need our service around the clock or only at certain times. The running costs are calculated transparently based on your needs.
