Do you want your hotel team to have more time for your guests? Or do you not need a reception desk at all? Then we ensure that all administrative reception activities are carried out professionally and reliably.
Our employees all have a background in the hotel business and look after your hotel as if they were on site with you, seven days a week. Tailor-made to your operating model, our hotel experts take care of
- the arrival control
- communication with guests before and during arrival by e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone* (e.g. for hotels without on-site staff or with self-check-in option)
- invoice corrections
- the processing of OTA requests
- etc.
*Availability by email and WhatsApp seven days a week, by phone from Monday to Friday (08.00h – 18.00h) and Saturday (09.00h – 16.00h)
Our partner hotels often combine the remote reception service with our reservation management and distribution.
And here's how it works
- Based on your operating model, we develop an individual requirement specification which regulates the interfaces to your hotel team
- Our hotel experts familiarise themselves with your systems and processes and take over the functions according to the specifications
- You have a personal contact person at UNISONO Hospitality for all concerns, whether of an operational or strategic nature
- We work directly in your systems via cloud or VPN access
- All communication with guests takes place in the name of your hotel
- We are in close contact with your hotel team
- On request, our staff will also visit you on site to get to know the hotel and its premises
- All data is processed and stored exclusively in your systems
INVESTMENT
We charge a small set-up fee for the training of the employees, which depends on the respective effort. In any case, we only charge the cost price.
ONGOING SERVICE COSTS
Together we define the expected effort and charge it according to a flat hourly rate.
