Our staff visits your property in order to get familiar with the hotel, your team and the environment
All data is processed and stored exclusively in your systems
We set up a local telephone number for your hotel in our system for any callbacks to your guests
We work directly in your PMS system via cloud or VPN access. This way we have access to the guest files and recognise your regular guests.
We are in close contact with your staff on site (daily booking report, etc.)

Combine human expertise and artificial intelligence

You can choose whether calls are initially accepted by the AI assistance and forwarded to our hotel experts for complex issues, such as check-in support, or answered directly by a UNISONO employee.

This allows us to offer complete flexibility for any operating model. In any case, UNISONO takes over the entire project management as well as ongoing operational support for you.

Customer inquiries are automatically recognized, pre-qualified and, depending on their complexity, either processed directly by the AI or forwarded to UNISONO’s experienced hotel backoffice team. While simple concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently, complex requests – such as support with check-in via the hotel systems – receive the full attention of our experts.
